Conditions of Hire

All agreements are between the owners and the party leader named on the booking form ( The Client ).

We operate a no smoking policy within the property, and kindly request that out of respect for other guests who may stay at the property smoking is confined to the outdoor living areas. Ashtrays are provided for this purpose.

The basis of this agreement is that it is not a package holiday, and merely an undertaking by the property owners to allow the visiting party, listed on the booking form, to occupy the property and use its facilities for the dates requested, subject to availability.

On receipt of a non refundable deposit of 20% of the rental charge the owners agree to reserve the Finca for the dates requested (subject to availability).

The final balance plus a £400 security deposit shall be paid no later than 10 weeks prior to departure, at which stage directions and details of how to gain access to the property will be forwarded to the client.

The security deposit is held as security against any accidental damage and breakages whilst at the property. The deposit will be returned, less any allowances for damage or breakages, within two weeks of vacating the Finca.

The client agrees that comprehensive holiday insurance cover for cancellation, medical treatment, personal injury and death shall be taken out for all members of the party named on the booking form and that no claim will be made against the owners with respect to loss of personal property, injury, or death of any member of the party, however caused.

As this is not a package holiday, no insurances are in place for you within the cost of Finca rental. No claims will be entertained by the owners.
