This single storey villa is very privately situated in the rolling countryside between the old town of Pollenca and the bay of Puerto Pollenca. The villa is reached along an unmade track and is located approximately 10 minutes from the old town of Pollenca and the bay of Puerto Pollenca, and is set in mature grounds of just under 3 acres.

The main entrance is to the rear of the property adjacent to the garage and utility room, equipped with central heating boiler, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

A small entrance vestibule leads into a spacious, well-furnished lounge, complete with traditional Mallorcan fireplace – ideal for those November evenings.

From here there is a stone archway through to the dining area, and double glass doors that lead down onto the terraced area, which is sheltered from the sun by Wisteria, Bougainvillea, and Campsis – creating an ideal spot for relaxing and outdoor dining.

The first of the double bedrooms is situated off the dining area, complete with ensuite bathroom. A corridor leads off to the second double bedroom, with adjacent toilet/shower room. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom, which has an adjoining dressing area and ensuite shower room – this is a very spacious room, and will comfortably accommodate an additional two children if required. From the dressing area double doors lead to the terraced area, with views over the pool and surrounding countryside.

Outside the mature gardens are bordered by a further terraced area, which leads to a 12x6 metre swimming pool. The pool has wide Roman steps to its shallow end, making it ideal for young children.

Adjacent to the pool and overlooking the gardens, is the spaciously appointed guest annex which will  comfortably sleep two adults and two children.

In addition to the double bedroom, the guest annex contains ensuite facilities, a large dressing room, and lounge area, and is surrounded by a large covered terrace with views over the pool and gardens.

A large feature barbecue completes the facility for outdoor dining.

The shops of both Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca are just a ten to fifteen minute drive away, and a supermarket is situated on the main Pollenca to Puerto Pollenca road, some ten minutes away.
